CHILE: Latest bombing rattles frustrated authorities

Another bombing attack against a bank in Santiago has rattled the government to the extent that it has called for the second shakeup in just over a month of the manner in which investigations are being conducted. Law enforcement agencies remain in the dark as to the identities and numbers of the bombers. They have been unable either to discern how much substance there is behind the names of organisations (ostensibly anarchist) that have been claiming responsibility for some of the attacks, or to identify those responsible for the unclaimed bombings.
